Kennedys IQ Limited (“Kennedys IQ”) provides technology based solutions for insurance companies and large corporates to help them manage claims efficiently. It does not provide regulated legal services. Any reference to ‘law firm’ refers to Kennedys Law LLP not Kennedys IQ.
Any legal service provided in connection with a claim or matter arising out of the use of the Kennedys IQ Platform and/or Tools will always be handled separately and independently of Kennedys IQ by a regulated lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.
In such instances users of our technology products will have full autonomy of choice over which law firm and/or lawyer they wish to instruct. If the chosen lawyer is an employee of Kennedys Law LLP such legal advice will be provided in accordance with the Kennedys Law LLP terms and conditions of service and all applicable laws and professional regulations.
Terms such as ‘academic partners’, ‘we’, ‘our people’ do not imply the existence of a partnership.
The directors of Kennedys IQ do not accept service of any legal proceedings via a general email address.
