With a technology background spanning 20 years, Karim has journeyed from his roots as a product manager to leading global development teams, and steering venture-funded tech enterprises. Karim is passionate about working with both academia and Professional Services to combine their expertise with advanced machine intelligence, working in the education, legal and insurance spheres to optimise decisioning, always with an eye on reliability and consistency. His career has included multiple award-winning enterprise software applications and platforms, including the coveted ‘Financial Times Innovative Lawyers’ award in 2019.

A beacon in his field, Karim’s insights grace industry Insurtech, innovation and tech trends publications. His expertise is also in high demand on the global stage, where he is a regular keynote speaker at international conferences.

A qualified lawyer with over 30 years of post-qualification experience, she specialises in employment law and litigation. Rhian is also an accomplished Executive Coach, holding Masters level qualifications in Executive Coaching, Organisations Design, and Development. Her vast experience spans project and change implementation, adept stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver incremental improvements.

With her rich background, Rhian approached project management with intelligence and consideration. Her leadership style is characterised by excellent people management, motivational capabilities, and superior communication skills, as underpinned by her substantial practical experience in business and people management.

Bill’s professional journey includes notable positions in Wall Street firms, where he was a Program Manager at Microsoft joint venture NINEMSN in Sydney, Australia, and previously a Solutions Architect at ITV PLC, Enterprise Architect at IMG WORLD in London, UK.

Bill has a passion for merging Architecture and Engineering to create leading edge products and services. He brings a strong focus on business-driven technology strategy combined with a culture of ownership and accountability across the technology function. Bill’s qualifications include certifications in Enterprise Web Applications & Services and Enterprise Architecture, with proficiency in Service Management.

With over seven years of expertise in the sector, Kimberley collaborates with insurers, TPAs, and corporates, to understand their business needs and leverage technology to address their challenges. She has a particular interest in claims transformation through technology. Kimberley’s experience spans driving growth, product launches and expansions into new regions.

Her passion lies in high-growth start-ups, evident from her tenure at a LegalTech start-up from its inception, prior to joining Kennedys. She also holds a first-class law degree.
