We are pleased to welcome Kimberley Davies as our new Commercial Development Manager at Kennedys IQ.
Kimberley joins from Luminance Technologies where she had been since its 2016 launch, most recently as Head of eDiscovery and a member of the management team. In addition to product development, she was responsible for building the sales process, and overseeing sales and marketing globally for eDiscovery. She also launched their eDiscovery product.
Working closely with our Commercial Director Mike Gilpin, who was formerly the Director of IT at Kennedys Law, Kimberley will build out the sales process and strategy for the IQ Platform tools, as well as working closely with Kennedys’ lawyers to develop the technology and helping clients with the implementation of the technology.

Our IQ Platform currently features six smart tools that clients can switch on and off to automate or manage the day-to-day claims process: Incident Manager, Fraud Detector (formerly Ki), Portal Manager, Defence Lawyer (powered by the award-winning KLAiM system), Settlement Negotiator (formerly Cybersettle) and Recovery Manager.
